LES BAS SRL was founded in 1990 by Antonio Fasciolo, who to this day is still the majority shareholder and Sole Director.
In 1993 he joined the American multinational SARA LEE, owner of important brands regarding underwear and consumer goods.
In 2005, SARA LEE Group exited the textile market in Italy by selling all its holdings.
From here the company becomes autonomous and research and development starts in the direction of a specialized mid- to high-end/high-end retail market.
To date Les Bas srl with its distribution made up of multiple and single-firm agents it covers the entire Italian territory.
The expansion plan includes more and more agreements with top-tier foreign companies and Italian companies operating in a niche market with quality products, research and innovation.
